Cancellation Policy
This order confirmation fully replaces the contract for the sale and purchase of services in the field of tourism.
It is therefore binding for both parties, resulting in the following agreements.
Both parties can terminate the agreed services or only their parts exclusively in writing. The date of submission of the report at the post office or the date of sending the fax will be considered as the day of the change. The following cancellation conditions apply, within 35 days at the latest.
without penalty: over 35 days before the start of the provision of the first service
30% of the total amount of agreed services: 34-15 days before the start of the provision of the first service
50% of the amount of the overall agreed services: 14 – 8 days before the start of the provision of the first service
70% of the amount of the overall agreed services: 7-2 days before the start of the provision of the first service
100% of the amount of the overall agreed services: 1 day before the start of the provision of the first service or by no-show
The stated conditions also apply to earlier departures that are not substantiated by a substantial reason (illness, death in the family, etc.)
Both parties undertake to comply with the agreed conditions and declare that they understand that, in cases where it has not been agreed otherwise in writing, the provisions of the valid Commercial Code of the Czech Republic apply to them.
